LifeNudge — what it is
LifeNudge is a focus anchor for Apple Watch. You set an anchor at your workspace; as you physically drift away, your Watch delivers an escalating haptic nudge that pulls you back, and eases the moment you return. All sensing and haptics run on-device. There is no account and no network use.
Requirements
- An Apple Watch is required. The Watch does the sensing and the nudging.
- iPhone with iOS 18.0 or later. The iPhone app sets your anchor and lets you feel the mechanic.
- watchOS with the LifeNudge Watch app installed from the iPhone app or the Watch App Store.
Common questions
The Watch does not nudge me.
- Open LifeNudge on the Watch and confirm an anchor is set.
- Make sure Wrist Detection is on (Watch → Settings → Passcode) and the Watch is unlocked.
- Haptics must be enabled: Watch → Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
- Move at least a few metres from the anchor. The nudge grows with distance.
Nudges fire when I have not moved.
Re-set the anchor at the spot where you actually sit. Anchors set while walking drift. If it persists, email the developer with your Watch model.
Does the app collect my data?
No. Nothing leaves your devices. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. There is no account and no server-side data to remove.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
