LifeNudge — Support
We're here to help you get the most out of LifeNudge.
LifeNudge is a focus aid for Apple Watch, made by DISSID (Siddhant Badola) in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Leave your phone at your desk as an anchor; as you physically drift away, an escalating wrist nudge gently pulls you back to deep work. This page covers how to use it, common questions, and how to reach a human.

Getting started
- Open LifeNudge on your Apple Watch.
- At your desk (your "anchor"), tap Set anchor to mark your focus spot.
- Get to work. As you walk away, your wrist taps grow stronger the farther you drift — and ease off as you return.
- Tap Pause any time to stop the nudges.
Frequently asked questions
I'm not feeling any haptic nudge.
- Check that Haptic Strength is on: Apple Watch Settings → Sounds & Haptics, and that Silent Mode isn't suppressing alerts.
- Make sure you granted Motion & Bluetooth access on first launch.
- The nudge only fires once you've set an anchor and then moved past the near "dead zone" — take a few steps away to feel it.
Does it need my iPhone or an internet connection?
- No. LifeNudge works on the watch and runs fully offline. It does not share an internet connection, create a hotspot, or transmit any data. Bluetooth is used only to gauge distance from your anchor, on-device.
Is my data private?
- Yes — LifeNudge collects no personal data and nothing leaves your devices. See our Privacy Policy.
The nudge is too strong / too weak.
- Adjust the trigger distance and intensity in the app's settings, then re-set your anchor.
How do I delete my data?
- Delete the app from your Apple Watch — all local settings (such as your last anchor) are removed with it. We hold no copy.
