Challenge

A founder needed an agent fleet that could act on email, scheduling, research and operations — without a human reviewing every irreversible step.

What I built

An orchestrator over a deterministic tool layer; Ed25519 identities, default-deny capability grants, and a hash-chained audit ledger so every agent action is attributable and revocable. Guardrails live in code, not prompts.

Scanner Shredder — hold-and-verify paper destruction

Challenge

A paper-destruction workflow needed a hold-and-verify guarantee: nothing is destroyed until its scan is verified.

What I built

The scan-before-shred mechanism, filed as two US provisional patents and assigned to the corporation. Hardware prototype (Arduino, stepper, OLED), CAD enclosures, and an Ontario manufacturing partner engaged.

Enterprise systems turnaround

2022–2026 · Oakville ON

Challenge

A nightly batch left data up to 4 hours stale; a computer-vision model ran too slowly on mobile hardware; users abandoned the app as clicks-per-task grew.

What I built

An event-driven Kafka/microservices backend replacing the batch end to end; an MLOps pipeline targeting Apple Neural Engine and Android NNAPI; a UX re-architecture that collapsed steps per task. Later: GenAI vision and text models into a government-contracted facility-assessment product.

Challenge

CAPTCHAs are a solved problem for bots and an annoyance for humans. The capstone asked: what does a CAPTCHA look like when it uses motion instead of vision?

What I built

A CAPTCHA driven by accelerometer and gyroscope patterns — a physical motion proves the user is human. Flutter app + PWA, supervised by Dr. Zubair Fadlullah.

Challenge

Repeated LLM calls burned budget; naive semantic caches hallucinate hits. The task: cache responses only when a hit is safe to trust.

What I built

The shelves — paths through everything else I've built and studied, because cross-domain is the whole point: writing (The Enloger → LinkedIn/X publishing), video production (concept films and ad kits), marketing (a 103-channel launch campaign), finance research (measured day-trader statistics), teaching (Coding Ninjas, Astitva), and hardware curiosity (a Vuzix Z100 smart-glasses reverse-engineered over BLE; a Tesla Boombox protocol).

I run my life through an AI-maintained knowledge graph.

A 711-note cross-connected vault, partly written by agents under provenance rules — every durable fact carries source, date and tier; conflicts get flagged, never silently overwritten. Staleness gates, contradiction detection, and randomized note-gardening keep it honest.
