Apple Watch · iPhone companion · On-device
Set your phone as an anchor at your desk. Drift away and LifeNudge taps your wrist — firmer the further you go, easing as you return. No timer. Nothing to check.
Arm a Talk session before the meeting. Hold the floor too long and LifeNudge taps your wrist — quietly, only you feel it. No recording. Nothing leaves the watch.

Two nudges
01 · Tether
Your phone becomes a Bluetooth anchor. As you walk off and the watch loses its signal, the taps escalate, then fade when you come back within range. You feel the drift before you notice it.
02 · Talk session
Arm it before a conversation. On-device voice-activity detection measures how long you hold the floor and your share of the talk. A long unbroken stretch taps once; a high, sustained share taps twice. Three presets set how sensitive it is: Chill, Fair, Strict.
The loop
Arm
Set the anchor, or start a Talk session. Nothing runs until you say so.
Live
The watch watches distance, or your talk-time, in the background.
Tap
Cross the line and you get a haptic tap on the wrist. That's the whole signal.
Adjust
Too sensitive, or not enough? Change the preset and keep going.
Privacy
Talk sessions read the shape of sound — when speech starts and stops — to time your turns. The words are never part of it. If you let your iPhone supply the mic for better battery, it sends the watch a single speaking / not-speaking flag, never audio.
